To make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible, we offer a selection of secure and convenient payment methods. Choose your preferred option – such as credit card, PayPal, or prepayment.

Payments by credit card or PayPal allow immediate shipping if the items are in stock. For prepayment, shipping takes place after receipt of payment – please note that bank transfers may take up to three business days depending on the bank.

Our payment methods at a glance

Credit Card

Your credit card data is securely and encryptedly transmitted to our payment provider during the order. The charge only occurs after the final confirmation of your order. For your safety, we do not store any card data and have no access to it.

PayPal

During the payment process, you will be briefly redirected to PayPal to log in and complete the payment. You will then automatically return to our shop, and your order will be processed immediately.

Prepayment

In the checkout and in your order confirmation you will see the bank details to which we ask you to transfer the outstanding amount if you select this payment method. Please transfer the amount stating your order number. Once we have received the payment, your order will be promptly processed. Please note that it may take up to three business days depending on your bank.

Payment Instruction

Use this payment method if you have bulky items in your shopping basket. We have to calculate the shipping costs for this order first. Our office staff will contact you!
